Whether you like it or not, you surely won’t overlook Cody Rhodes’ giant neck tattoo. The macabre artwork is a distinct one and now Rhodes has used it as his personal branding. A Calgary-based designer/illustrator, who identified herself as Stevie Jude, has leveled the allegations against Rhodes.

She said that it is a bitter-sweet experience for her. “You know it’s rad that @CodyRhodes is holding onto my artwork but it’s a shame that it’s a result of elements from my stuff getting lifted,” part of the tweet read. The designer also posted images of her work and one from Rhodes’ custom-made ‘Nightmare’ belt.

To her credit, it does look like the 37-year-old wrestler used portions of the design, to the naked eye at least. According to Jude, she had posted the designs on Reddit a couple of years ago.

Rhodes has not yet commented on the issue. On the other hand, he is one of WWE’s leading figures in merchandise sales, according to reports. Rhodes has left behind several of his colleagues to consistently be among the top draws in the aforementioned business.

At Money In The Bank, Cody Rhodes will take on Dominik Mysterio. Dom Dom is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio. While his father is among one of the most accomplished pro wrestlers in WWE, Dominik is still in his nascent stage. A few weeks ago, he slapped Rhodes, starting a feud with him.

Though it’s not clear if the WWE wants it to be a long-term storyline, as Rhodes already is part of an ongoing rivalry with Lesnar, one will have to wait to find out what Triple H and his team come up with.
