Vince McMahon is the man who turned professional wrestling into one of the biggest industries with his genius wrestling mind. His primary goal with WWE was to produce something that would be refreshing for fans to watch. The manner in which McMahon integrated popular culture into wrestling to produce icons that future generations would remember was epic. However, some others find his rigid thinking to be unsettling and struggle with him.
In a recent interview with Ryan Satin, WWE Superstar Seth Rollins spoke candidly about his time spent working with The Big Man.

Rollins worked with the former WWE CEO for more than ten years, and he helped make the organization a success during that period. Additionally, McMahon provided him with the push he needed, and he eventually became the WWE Champion. Thus, he is one of the stars who can tell a lot about The Big Man’s working style.
Talking about it, he stated, “With Vince, it was like kind of a double-edged sword. On one hand, you knew exactly who to go to all the time. Every answer needed to go through Vince. And There was security in that. If you needed something and you needed an answer, pronto, he was right there. You knew exactly that if you got yes from him, nothing else beneath that mattered. So that was really cool, You could understand his vision, once you worked with him for a long enough time.”

Despite how much he enjoys working with him, he calls Mr. McMahon flippant. Thus, as per Rollins, working with McMahon as a talent may be quite challenging at times. Moreover, he said he is ecstatic to work with HHH.

McMahon was a veteran in a sport after having worked in the industry for so long. Despite the challenges that many endured while working with him, he created legends that will live on in history. Thus, it will be extremely difficult to fill his shoes. Meanwhile, The Game is doing that with ease and WWE fans are actually liking how he started his era.
Superstars like Seth Rollins, Theory, and many more have also commented that since Triple H came under control, there is more space for the creative side and a breath of new air. But given that this is the beginning of an era, it will be intriguing to watch if HHH can regularly deliver what he promised.
