Being the chairman of WWE for decades, Vince McMahon has attracted uncountable eyes toward him. Even though he had several ups and downs in his time, his importance and legacy cannot be ignored. And, thus to summarise his journey till now, a biopic was set to be made on the man who turned WWE into one of the most financially successful companies in entertainment.

The talks about this biopic named ‘Pandemonium’ started way back in 2017. During this, the name Bradley Cooper also popped up to star as McMahon. However, neither will we get to see Cooper playing McMahon, nor the project hitting screens. As the biopic filmmakers John Requa and Glenn Ficarra recently revealed that McMahon has killed their favorite.

However, now this hot topic of conversation has gone to one WWE veteran who straight-up supported WWE’s owner.

Jim Cornette boldly supported Vince McMahon in his daring decision

Speaking on his podcast named Jim Cornette‘s Drive Thru, the 61-year-old spoke his mind on the topic of McMahon killing his own movie. From his very first statement, the WWE veteran showed his support towards McMahon as he not only criticized the script of ‘Pandemonium’ but also talked about the parts that were released.

He said, “Hey, I’m all for a legitimate documentary or movie or whatever the f**k  being made of Vince, but we saw the script or at least the part that they released and if those were the parts that they let out I can’t imagine what they kept back.

In his strong criticism of the filmmakers, Cornette also stated McMahon’s killing of the project was a “mercy killing” while labeling them as “clowns”. Further, he added a bold statement in his comments.

The former wrestling promoter then added, “It was the worst script in the history of Hollywood, it was completely made up bulls**t that didn’t even sound good or like the people involved.

This wasn’t the end of his daring remarks, he then threw some light on what Vince McMahon must have said to the filmmakers while pulling the project out.

Cornette is one of the best managers in wrestling history and thus his knowledge of the industry is more scholarly than others. Therefore, support of this extent coming from his side towards McMahon might mean that the latter perhaps made the right decision in going against the filmmakers and canceling the documentary altogether.
