Odyssey Jones has officially made his WWE debut, and it was a memorable one. The man is a force to be reckoned with in the ring, as we all witnessed. This was only a preview of what is to come in the plot in the future, as WWE appears to have grand plans for Jones. Perhaps even succeeding a past WWE Champion and becoming The New Day’s powerhouse.
As we all know, New Day is going through a difficult time right now because of the Final Testament’s constant interference in their business. Because of a lack of strength, the Final Testament has proved a hurdle for The New Day. The group missed Big E, who was the faction’s major power person, and it appeared that if someone else replaced Big E, everything would be OK with them within a few days.
It appears that Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods were thinking about the same thing, as they identified Odyssey Jones as a possible replacement for Big E. Kingston and Jones already share a good bond of friendship, and they are also very close friends.

On the other side, Xavier Woods would require some help which Jones can provide, which suggests the possibility of a wonderful friendship developing between him and Jones in the future.
