In a clip uploaded on September 5th on WWE’s official Instagram, famous WWE cameraman Stu can be seen running around the ramp with John Cena’s entrance music playing in the background. The production even had Cena’s titantron on during the whole segment to tease the crown anticipating Cena’s entry.
The segment took place on RAW when The Miz teased confronting Cena on his talk show. Cena was the special guest referee for The Miz vs LA Knight match at Payback which The Miz lost. This prompted The Miz to confront Cena on RAW playing into the well know pop culture meme involving Cena where he is invisible according to his famous catchphrase “You Can’t See Me.”
As Cena’s theme song hit, the crowd awaited his entrance but to no avail. But this didn’t stop cameraman Stu from doing his job. Following the exact movements of Cena, Stu ran towards the left side of the entry point. He then moved to the extreme right point before running towards the ring. The movement depicts Cena’s regular entrance style where he runs towards the ring before sliding into the ring.

Stu is the cameraman who usually does Cena’s entrance during WWE’s shows. His rapport with Cena is so strong that Cena has often acknowledged him during his entrance. Some of his repetitive phrases like “Let’s go to work, Stu”, “It wouldn’t be a WrestleMania without you”, and “I’ve missed you, Stu”.
Cena’s movement has become a part of Stu’s muscle memory using which he was able to imagine the movements of the 16-time World Champion. The crowd played along with the comic moment and so did WWE who did not hesitate to put the video on Instagram for fans.
Fans demand Stu to be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame
WWE Universe reciprocated with the comic moment and followed it up with their inside jokes on Cena and praise for Stu’s work.
A couple of fans commented inside jokes on Cena’s ‘You can’t see me chant’,
“Cameraman following Invisible Cena around.”
“I can sleep well at night knowing this joke will never get old..”
Another fan appreciated Stu’s work and commented, “That shows you how often Stu did camerawork for John Cena matches cause he legit followed the movement as if Cena were actually there step for step 😂”
