The pro-wrestling world may come with stardom and fame, but it also comes with injuries that bench superstars for weeks at a stretch. Recently, Sasha Banks found herself at the receiving end of such an injury.

Reportedly, she injured her calcaneus bone during a live show in Fayetteville, NC. Even though no bones were broken, she’ll still be out of action for six to eight weeks. She wasn’t a part of WWW Day 1, and it seems like she won’t be a part of the Royal Rumble either.

The Boss responded to the reports and confirmed the news. However, she did it in her unique “Boss Style”. Instead of bidding farewell for a short time, she left a message for the other superstars and warned them that she would come back “for everything.”

Undoubtedly, when she comes back, she’ll bring the storm with her.

Sasha Banks will probably return to be included in a Championship run

The last time The Boss was the champion was back in 2021. She lost the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair at WWE WrestleMania 37. Since then, she’s worked her way back to the champion, but current champion Charlotte Flair refused to give her a title opportunity.

Hence, she stepped aside but was guiding Toni Storm as Storm tried to dethrone Charlotte Flair.

But, at the end of the day, Sasha Banks always wants to be the one to dethrone Flair and become champion again.

Therefore, when she returns, she will stay true to her words. If history is evidence, she will come back when no one expects her to, and immediately strike a feud with the champion, whoever that may be.
