After ten long years, CM Punk will be competing in the 30-man Royal Rumble match at this year’s premium live event, making for an overall intriguing setup. The 45-year-old isn’t too anxious about what number he gets to enter the ring for the Rumble, either. Addressing the same doubt, he stated, “I don’t know what number I am going to be. I always love those moments where you got the big lotto balls and you get the big thing, ( he was talking about the Royal Rumble tumbler), somebody’s turning the crank, Yeah! the tumbler.”

He further stated, “Choosing numbers that was always fascinating to me and intriguing when I was a fan. I would love to do that again. But honestly being number 1 again is appealing to me, I wouldn’t look at that as a hindrance.” This certainly states how fearless CM Punk is even in the latest buzz.

Ending his statement, he said, “I know a lot of guys would but I am training my a** off and I am going to come back in, you know, best shape I possibly can be to win the whole thing.” As the road to WrestleMania is on the horizon, it will be interesting to see what will be the fate of Punk after the Rumble ends. Moreover, he is recently slated to battle Seth Rollins as per the rumors. He even addressed the tensions between the two in the same interview.
