Paige (who now goes by her real name Saraya) was the top woman in the main roster before her untimely retirement. She is the only woman to win both the NXT Women’s title and the Diva’s title, winning the latter on her RAW debut.
However, she was forced to retire from in-ring competition after suffering an unfortunate neck injury. Since then, she has been in various non-wrestling roles, including the SmackDown General Manager, and commissioner.
She also has managed several tag teams on the roster. Apart from wrestling, Paige is a regular streamer on Twitch, although she got her account banned a while ago.

Recently she discussed returning to the ring in the future. While she is hopeful about in-ring competition, Paige would be terrified to be in the ring due to constant injuries.
“Even if I was able to come back, it’s always that mental block now because I thought I was good to come back the first time I had neck surgery and I was like confident,” Paige told Mark Andrews on ‘My Love Letter to Wrestling’. “I was still doing the same things I did prior even though I probably shouldn’t have been doing that, you know, like wrestling move-wise and then to come back again, I would be completely terrified.”
“Like in my head, I’m terrified to come back. Even if my heart is saying, ‘Yes! I would love to.’ It’s like getting over that mental block of ever being able to step back in the ring again,” she concluded.

Paige had non-wrestling roles in WWE recently
After becoming the SmackDown General Manager, Paige appeared regularly on TV. She then disappeared for a while to promote her biographical movie, ” Fighting with My Family.”
After she returned to SmackDown again, she started managing the team of Asuka and Kairi Sane, aka The Kabuki Warriors. The duo would turn heel and win the tag team titles in Paige’s absence. Later, the team severed ties with her as well.
