Samatha Irvin is one of the most recognizable voices in the WWE. All thanks to her ring announcer’s role. But this time she made headlines for something else. On August 1, she uploaded a bunch of funny videos on Instagram with the caption, “hump day dump thirty-seven”, but when people swiped to the last slide, they were shocked to see a bare photoshoot picture. Well, she has again done something that will leave people surprised.
A fan on X asked the star, referring to her racy pictures, “It’s Wednesday right? Has @SamanthaTheBomb broke the internet yet? Or does that happen at the top of the 8pm hour?”
Well, Irvin responded: “I think I’m retiring 🙏🏽.”

While she didn’t reveal much, some fans reacted to her X post negatively. Why? They related the situation to her real-life partner Ricochet’s departure from WWE. As per reports, his contract with the pro wrestling promotion officially ended on July 1 and fans expect him to join AEW. However, nothing is confirmed yet.
On the other hand, Irvin received criticism for her bare pictures on Instagram, as many young pro wrestling fans would be following her. Since then, the WWE announcer has deleted the posts after the public outcry.
Did Samantha Irvin break Instagram policies?
Instagram, as a social media platform, has specific policies and guidelines on content, including rules on nudity. These policies are designed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all users. However, some celebrities, such as Samantha Irvin, have found creative ways to use the platform, along with the necessary censorship to refrain from breaking rules.
Her hump day dump series generally includes a bunch of behind-the-scenes videos and sometimes, a racy picture too. Now that she has retired from the hump day dump series, it will be interesting to see what she posts next.

She knows how to play the flute and in 2015, she was even on ‘America’s Got Talent’, where she managed to impress the judges- Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Melanie Brown. Unfortunately, her journey on the show ended during the semifinals. But the opportunity strengthened her belief that she was made for the stage.
Certainly, can’t argue against that. Soon WWE recognized her vocal talents, and she began the ring announcing for 205 Live in the spring of 2021. Then, she was brought in for SmackDown in early 2022.
