“I’m Older and I Care Less” – Kenny Omega Reveals His Future Plans Amongst Talks of Him Signing With WWE

Kenny Omega has popularized AEW for quite some time now. The wrestler was one of the first wrestlers to sign the promising-looking promotion. With Omega’s efforts, along with other great wrestlers joining his side, the promotion grew at an exceptional rate. There appears to be a consensus among fans regarding Omega’s future, as it looks predictable. However, what the former AEW champion has recently said will shock everyone.

The wrestler appeared in a new interview to talk about various things. The interview turned out to be greatly interesting. While sharing several details about himself, Omega also dropped a hint on his future wrestling plans to his followers and supporters.

There have been several instances where the internet has been teasing Omega’s entry into WWE. Omega has been a top wrestling star with WWE Hall of Famers talking about him and now the wrestler himself has shed some light on his in-ring future. WWE naturally provides a wider global reach to its stars and can be viewed as a holy grail for many performers but Omega has his own views.

“At one point it was one of those, ‘if you say I can’t do it, I really want to do it’. Now it’s not that, I wouldn’t say I’m older and wiser it’s more like, I’m older and I care less about that it’s more about what kinds of people can I reach,” explained the wise 39-year-old wrestler in an interview with CBC.

Will we see Kenny Omega in WWE?

The wrestler has been successful in building a reputable career for himself in the wrestling business. Even prior to his entry into AEW, he also performed in various promotions like NJPW and wrestled around the world.

All this experience really shows for itself. If Omega decides to go ahead with staying with AEW, then it could work in his and the company’s favor but reports point that WWE really wants him to jump ship and this could lead to one of the biggest stars following in the footsteps of AJ Styles and Sting in joining WWE after years and years of speculation.
