‘I’m Gonna Go’: Dwayne Johnson’s Wife Shockingly Snubbed Him The Day They First Met

In 2019, Dwayne Johnson married Lauren Hashian. The couple is happily married with two adorable children. However, in an interview, The Rock revealed when he initially met his wife she was uninterested in him.

In 2021, talking on the WIRED, Johnson and Emily Blunt appeared in a candid interview where they answered the internet’s top asked questions about themselves.

The Rock stated, “In Boston, we met at a kick-off party.” Emily Blunt then asked Johnson “Was she interested in you?”, replying to this, he said, “No, well the funny story is we started talking, and then she said, well listen, it was great to meet you, I’m gonna go.” Adding to this, Blunt made a joke and said “She was like, it’s been great, but we’re done here.”

They started dating after his divorce from Dany Garcia, with whom he has a daughter, Simone Johnson. In addition, the couple married in 2019 on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.
