“I’d Rather Drink”: When Dwayne Johnson Accepted Defeat Against Justin Bieber After Getting Snubbed By a Fan in 2015

Dwayne Johnson’s rise to popularity as a Hollywood star has seen him engage with many celebrities over the years. The former WWE Champion often has hilarious interactions with many top stars and with Kevin Hart and The Great One often going back and forth in over the top banter. A few years ago, The Rock had a similar online interaction with popular Canadian singer Justin Bieber after Bieber made a comment about one of DJ’s skills.

A few years ago, Dwayne Johnson posted a video on his Instagram where he asked a girl in his gym who is the better dancer between him and Justin Bieber. The girl replied with Bieber, prompting The Rock to post the video on his Twitter where he tagged Bieber and things got amusing, pretty soon.

Dwayne Johnson challenged Justin Bieber to a dance battle

Since his WWE days, Dwayne Johnson has shown a witty sense of humor. He has carried that charming personality over to Hollywood and continues to entertain his fans.

Fans have seen The Rock in some of the funniest interviews with his co-stars, like Kevin Hart and Emily Blunt, over the years. DJ also exhibits his funny side in his online interactions with some celebrities. One such incident occurred a few years ago, involving famous singer Justin Bieber.

Johnson posted a video of him asking a fan to name the better dancer between him and Bieber on Instagram. To The Rock’s surprise, the fan snubbed him and picked Bieber. The Rock posted the video on Twitter and tagged the singer.

The Rock captioned it, “Damn you @JUSTINBIEBER.. Again! #Im6Foot4 #260lbs #ImSmoothLikeButterWhenIDance…”. The singer got on the action and replied, “@TheRock u are a good man. Not the best dancer but a good man :)”

DJ’s response then suggested he accepted his defeat against Bieber. The Brahma Bull wrote, “@justinbieber Dance battle in our future. Actually I’d rather drink tequila.” 

It would have been exciting to see The People’s Champ collaborate with a megastar like Justin Bieber even if it was for a dance battle. Although we didn’t get to see these two stars interact on a bigger level, their 2015 Twitter interaction was certainly amusing for their fans.
