Not all the WWE superstars can go toe-to-toe with Brock Lesnar. Also, if anyone lands a wrong move on The Beast Incarnate, they don’t have to wait for the receipt to be cleared.
A current WWE superstar recently shared how his move connected Lesnar brutally. It also hurt the 37-year-old star but was a close call for the three-time Universal Champion.

Recently, in an exclusive interview with Sony Sports Network, Drew McIntyre shared about his brutal Claymore Kick. Yes. it came against The Conqueror when they first met in the ring in 2020 at Royal Rumble.
The Scottish Psychopath said, “I had one Claymore I gave Brock that my foot was hurting afterward, and his eye was swollen out till about. That was probably the most brutal Claymore I’ve ever done.”
He added, “And I was like, ‘Man, my foot hurts. I wonder how his face is,’ and I saw him at the other end of the hallway, his eye was swollen, swollen right out.”
However, the former 2-time WWE Champion didn’t fill in about the aftermath of the scenario. It seems things cooled off with Lesnar quickly as they faced at WrestleMania 36. McIntyre quickly defeated the UFC legend to take the title home that night.
Drew McIntyre recalls beating Brock Lesnar in five minutes
At the start of this exclusive interview, Drew McIntyre got a grand welcome. The entrance took him down a memory lane about his current career since 2020. Thus, he recalled defeating Brock Lesnar in a record time.
The 37-year-old WWE star said, “It’s incredible. Tampa, WrestleMania (36). My first WWE Championship. Getting flashbacks right now (of) beating Brock Lesnar in 5 minutes, nevermind Brock Lesnar.”
McIntyre went on to hold the title for a few months until Randy Orton defeated him. He quickly won the title back from The Viper to be 2-time WWE Champion. As for Lesnar, he took a silent retirement after losing to McIntyre, before returning as ‘Cowboy Brock’ in 2021.

Is Lesnar returning for Road to WrestleMania?
The former UFC World Heavyweight Champion last wrestled at Crown Jewel against Bobby Lashley. He won the match but got brutally attacked by The Almighty after the match. This gave a hint at a third possible match between the two next year.

However, there is no official word from WWE about The Beast’s return. Also, there are rumors of him facing Gunther at the grandest stage. It seems only time will tell if is he showing up early next year or not for WrestleMania season.
