People from all generations have watched The Undertaker put fear inside the squared circle in his opponents’ eyes. Similarly, like the fans, even the cousin of Dwayne Johnson, Rikishi, had The Undertaker on his Mount Rushmore list.

The real-life cousin of Dwayne Johnson and WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi named the men who he would consider on the top of the mountain. However, when Rikishi immortalized the men of Mount Rushmore, he included names that were not expected.
Rikishi recently sat down with the Brandon Robinson of Bally Sports. He was asked to name his Mount Rushmore of wrestling during the interview.
Rikishi mentioned, “I definitely have the ‘High Chief’ Peter Maivia up there. I see The Undertaker up there. I see my uncles Afa & Sika up there and Ric Flair. And the reason why is that there’s a lot of other wrestlers that deserve to be there.”

According to Dwayne Johnson’s cousin, The Undertaker, Peter Maivia, The Wild Samoans (Aka & Sika), and Ric Flair are his Mount Rushmore of wrestling. Rikishi listed these WWE legends because they all have a unique way of leaving a legacy. This type of legacy will be able to teach the younger generation coming up.
Why did Rikishi choose these men?
When we look at Rikishi’s Mount Rushmore list, it’s not an ordinary one. If not for The Undertaker on this list, barely anyone would name Peter Maivia and The Wild Samoans as the Mount Rushmore of the wrestling.
WWE Hall of Famer had a particular reason for picking these men. As per Rikishi, the names he listed can teach the younger generation quality, including expertise and talent.
“You talk about strength; you talk about expertise, you talk about talent, you talk about culture, you talk about faith. All in one on that Mount Rushmore with those guys that I just mentioned,” Rikishi added.

Of course, being a WWE Hall of Famer, he had some wise choices for the Mount Rushmore of wrestling. Rikishi understands rookie wrestlers need to learn everything at once.
