John Cena returned to WWE on the September 1 edition of SmackDown. He couldn’t appear on the following week’s blue brand show as he was halfway across the world for SuperStar Spectacle in India. But good news for the States fan, he will appear at SmackDown next week.

WWE recently announced Cena’s upcoming plans. Apparently, multi-time world champion, Bayley is unhappy with those plans. Going to social media, she expressed her dissatisfaction and suggested a new plan for Cena, which she thinks will be better for ‘The Champ’.

WWE, via its official X account, recently revealed that next week on the blue brand show, the WWE Universe will get to see a segment where Cena will join Grayson Waller in The Grayson Waller Effect show. Replying to this tweet, Bayley made it very clear that she is not happy with this decision of the creative team.

Calling Cena a ‘GOAT’, she commented that she personally believes that the Ding Dong Hello Show would have been a much better alternative for ‘The Doctor of Thuganomics’. She is the host of the Ding Dong Hello Show and clearly wants ‘The Hustle, Loyalty and Respect Soldier’ to be her guest on the show.

Well, as for now, that won’t be happening as Cena will join Waller in his talk show on SmackDown. Which brings us to the question? Given the history between the two superstars, how will this segment turn out?

Grayson Waller called Cena desperate recently

It is no secret that Cena and Waller have tons of animosity between them. Waller’s outspoken and haughty nature landed him a big insult from ‘The Prototype’ earlier this year in July. At Money in the Bank PLE in London, he interrupted Cena and humiliated in front of the English crowd.

Cena, as a comeback, laid his fair share of insults on the ‘Arrogant Aussie’ and even flattened him with an Attitude Adjustment in the middle of the ring. Surely, Waller must be having an itch to exact his revenge on Cena, which is why he even provoked the 16-time world champion on Twitter recently.

Days before Cena’s return, Waller passed some derogatory remarks on ‘Mr. P’ and also called him desperate. Cena must not have been happy with this incident, which makes next week’s Friday Night segment even more exciting. Who is going to retaliate against whom?
