“I Learned Something”: Ronda Rousey Opens Up On Her Revolution in WWE Following Her Return at Royal Rumble 2022

In terms of female fighter dominance in the UFC, Ronda Rousey was one of the best. During her reign, she earned more money than all the male fighters combined, making her the highest-paid athlete in her sport. It was her personality and presence that elevated her to recognition outside of the UFC. And following her UFC stint, she gained notoriety in WWE, where, like in UFC, she quickly rose to become one of the top female superstars in the company.

Meanwhile, Rowdy, who frequently posts behind-the-scenes footage from her time with the WWE on her YouTube channel, stated that this time around has been simpler than her prior time working for the company.

For those who weren’t aware, Rousey took a leave of absence from the company after establishing herself quickly at the top and elevating herself. She then made a shocking comeback in this year’s Royal Rumble, following which she proceeded to dominate once more.

Ronda Rousey explains why this stint is easier than before

Without a question, Rowdy appears more at aplomb in the company right now than ever before. Talking about her present stint, she stated, “I think this run is easier because I kind of know a little bit more how things work around here and I’ve kind of paid up more of my dues. And a lot of time I don’t know, what the hell I’m.”

“But you know I have enough to put up a time that they’ll at least hear me out and explain to me why I’m wrong if I am, you know, and that way I learned something. I think I feel like I have more of a voice this time and confidence to use it.”

No matter how skilled a person is, it will take them some time to comprehend how things function in the industry if they come from a different field. And in this case, Ronda wasn’t an exception, she came from a UFC background. However, as per her, she has now grasped everything needed to understand the business. Meanwhile, she has fought and won the SmackDown women’s belt and continues to rule the women’s roster as she did throughout her UFC tenure.
