‘The Man’ Becky Lynch made her triumphant return at SummerSlam last month. She interrupted the match between Carmella and Bianca Belair and defeated Belair controversially to win the SmackDown women’s title.
The WWE Universe did not take the decision very well because they had been cheering for Bianca Belair for almost a year just to see her lose the title in under 30 seconds.

Speaking with Kate Feldman of the New York Daily News, the reigning WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch addressed the situation where fans say she is a heel now.
Becky Lynch claims she is not the bad guy, but much smarter now
‘The Man’ added that she didn’t want to waste time before getting back to the ring. That’s why she did not give Bianca Belair a chance to settle down against her.
“I’ve just come back and now I feel like suddenly there’s this conversation that I’m not doing things the right way, but I don’t know what anybody expects me to do. Do you want me to come back and toy with Bianca and give her more of a chance to look like she’s got an opportunity? Or would I come back, knowing that I haven’t done this in a while, and be smart about it and blindside her?”
Becky also stated that she was strategizing her moves while she was out of action because of her pregnancy. She added she is not the bad guy, instead; she got smarter.

“I just did what an intelligent person would do. If you haven’t been wrestling in a long time, then you’ve been strategizing. You’ve been strategizing because you haven’t been in the ring with this person, so then you are going to do something different. You are going to catch them off guard. And now suddenly I’m the bad guy because I came back even better than ever? I don’t really understand this talk about me being a heel. I haven’t changed, just got smarter.” Lynch said.
However, ‘The Man’ will be put to test when she will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship on WWE’s Extreme Rules PPV. On tonight’s episode of ‘Super SmackDown’, Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch signed the contract and made the match official.
