‘I Have Been Working Out With Dwayne Johnson’: Millionaire Actress Was Named Female Version of The Rock By Famous Host

Dwayne Johnson is an immense man. Not just in the sense of his fame and wealth, but in his physical structure as well. Being a footballer and then a full-time wrestler for nearly 8 years, The Rock knows a little about workouts and fitness. For crying out loud, Johnson takes a mobile gym with him to every set that he has to work in.

We see his attention to detail in a lot of his YouTube or Instagram videos, in which he works out. Or we see it better in the videos where he explains a workout or teaches a routine of sorts. So, if The Rock could do that for his fans for free, his celebrity fans might get the VIP treatment, right? Called the Iron Paradise by many of his fellow actors, Johnson is fine with sharing the gym with many of his friends.

Some of those friends include Ryan Reynolds and John Krasinski. And we have seen the results of those workouts in the mentioned actors’ movies. Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan saw Krasinski fully transformed from Jim at The Office to actual hot stuff.

Talking about her Jungle Cruise experience with The Rock, Emily Blunt commented, “I have been working out with Dwayne, so this is the Rock kind of workout going on” Colbert cleverly remarks, “Emily The Rock Blunt”.

Some of her most iconic work, The Devil Wears Prada and Into the Woods, has always seen her in a petite woman’s role. But for her movie, Jungle Cruise, alongside DJ, she bulked up, as she mentioned in the interview. Their friendship also led John Krasinski, Blunt’s husband, into the Iron Paradise.

Even after quitting WWE and pursuing acting, the dedication and hard work that Johnson puts in his workouts is unbelievable. It comes as a shock to a lot of people to know that The Rock was asked to shed some muscle to fit in the actor persona. To which he clearly declined and went on to become the highest-paid actor in the world.
