Hulk Hogan is well-known for often being a loudmouth. He is energetic and charismatic and does not care much about what others have to say. It’s supposed to be a likable trait in general, but it can cause problems and complications at times. A Hollywood star was at the receiving end of Hulkamania’s manic episode while hosting Monday Night RAW with Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger and Hulk Hogan.

While our star, Joe Manganiello, was not too familiar with being on Monday Night RAW, Arnold Schwarzenegger is. Schwarzenegger was inducted to the WWE Hall of Fame the night before WrestleMania 31. From wrestling to politics to Hollywood, the man is an all-around star indeed.

How did Hogan butcher this actor’s name?

Joe Manganiello revealed the story on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’. Corden was asked to learn to say Manganiello’s last name because people often mispronounce it.

When Manganiello was hosting RAW with Hulk Hogan and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hogan asked Manganiello for the correct pronunciation.

They rehearsed backstage where Hogan asked Manganiello about the pronunciation multiple times; yet he royally butchered it after they went live. The star’s embarrassment was clear there and anyone would have liked to avoid such situations.

Joe Manganiello is known for his appearance as Flash Thompson on Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man and also his role Magic Mike. Manganiello is a very charismatic and charming individual and was the choice for a host precisely because of those traits, especially with legends like Hogan and fellow Hollywood star, Arnie by his side!

The mispronunciation incident was a bit embarrassing for the actor, but Hulk Hogan turned it into something else later. Manganiello told on James Corden show about how Hogan changed the route of the situation.

Joe Manganiello said that during the after-show interview, Hogan cut off the interviewer and proclaimed, “listen, I don’t care what anyone calls him from now on, because to me brother — He’s ‘Joemania’!”. Although it is not an apology for mispronouncing, it is no doubt that this is the biggest reward one can receive from Hulkamania.

It is impressive the way the ‘True Blood’ star took this incident and stayed calm throughout the situation. Of course, now that he is ‘Joemania’ there are no reasons to be upset!
