The hottest story to come out of WWE in a long while is finally ending. But it would not be over before some spectacular moment on the mic. This is precisely what Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes delivered on the latest edition of Monday Night Raw. When Zayn was feeling down and out about the biggest match of his career coming closer, Rhodes backed him up with his words of encouragement.
But everyone knows that there is no chance that Zayn could beat Roman Reigns, especially as Roman Vs Cody has been so hyped. But to prove the haters wrong and give a sliver of hope to the fans that Zayn could win, The Bloodline traitor came out to the ring to dish out his feelings going into the title match. Also, to accompany him, Rhodes, another challenger for the title, came out to the ring as well.

Coming out to the ring, Sami Zayn called out Cody Rhodes and asked the meaning of his words last week. Rhodes assured Zayn that he believed every word that he said. But it doesn’t matter what he thinks, it matters what Zayn believes. Then, the Canadian went off and listed everything he believes in but ended his statement by reiterating the fact that Roman Reigns is everything that he says he is.
But Rhodes did not let it end there. He states that no one has been able to break The Bloodline the way he has. No one has made a crack in the bonds of the brothers. He ended the segment with a hint of what was to come by saying, “This awesome moment in time that we’re all here for is because of you. You wanna say that Roman Reigns is God mode? But Roman Reigns is a man. You.”
“You crack him open at EC and you find out for yourself. I won the 2023 Royal Rumble and punched my ticket. Michael Cole said, Finish the story. I intend to finish my story. You need to finish yours. But just one thing, Sami, I don’t wanna see you on Raw next Monday because I’d rather see you at WrestleMania.”

Could it be that Triple H is looking forward to twisting the narrative and letting Zayn win the title? Also, could Triple H be getting away from the shadow of McMahon by letting wrestlers win big matches in their hometown? Whatever ends up happening, Zayn is surely going to end this chapter of his wrestling career and finish the transformation of his character at Elimination Chamber.
