“I Don’t Think This is the Last Time”: Bobby Lashley Pinpoints Why Brock Lesnar Feud Might Continue After WWE Crown Jewel

There are certain rivalries in wrestling that the fans always want to see come to fruition. While sometimes such matches never happen, on the other hand, the fans do get to witness their dream rivalries. One such rivalry that fans were crying out for was Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley. 

Fans finally got their wish granted in Royal Rumble 2022 when The Beast Incarnate went one on one against Bobby Lashley. The Almighty would go on to win the match and with it the WWE Championship. However, there was a feeling that this was not the last time that we would be seeing these two behemoths collide.

And, the two are now set to clash again in the upcoming Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.

Bobby Lashley gets candid about the upcoming match

Ahead of this enormous match, Bobby Lashley sat down with CBS Sports’ Shakiel Mahjouri and spoke at length about the feud with Lesnar. Lashley said, “The way that I look at it, because there was so much actual lead-up because there’s been years and years and years of lead-up, because of the way things have come together with us, I don’t think this is the last time we’re going to see each other.“

“I think, until the end of my career, the end of his career, there’s always going to be Bobby and Brock.“

The wrestler was of the opinion that their upcoming match will be bigger with a lot more hype. He felt their feud will continue for a long time.

“And it’s going to keep looking different, and there’s going to be a lot more involved with it.” the former Hurt Business member added.

Brock Lesnar v Lashley is an enterprising prospect

The simmering rivalry between the two was rejuvenated when Lesnar attacked Lashley during his US title defense against Seth Rollins. The pair have been uncontrollable in the subsequent weeks, with brawls all around the arena.

This past week’s edition of Raw was no different, as Lesnar and Lashley had to be separated by the entire locker room and even Triple H had to step in.

The continuous brawls between the two heavyweights have given the fans a sneak peek into their fast-approaching clash. Both wrestlers are known to go hard at their opponents and it will be no different this time. The Almighty through his own admittance believes that there is more to come for this rivalry. It’ll be interesting to see who gets the bragging rights in this latest edition.
