Monday Night RAW opened with a verbal confrontation between Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso against The Judgment Day. After JD McDonagh exposed the cracks between the members of Rhodes’ team, Rollins and Rhodes came clean about the tension between the two.

The two men have faced each other in the past. However, if they want to beat Judgment Day, they need to set their differences aside and work as a team.

After the match between Rollins and Zayn vs. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh ended in a disqualification, Rhodes’ team regrouped backstage. This is where Rhodes and Rollins had a heart-to-heart conversation about their upcoming match at Survivor Series.

During a backstage segment, Rhodes and Rollins talked about their past and the upcoming WarGames. While Rollins came clean about his feelings towards Rhodes by saying, “I don’t think I will ever like you, but I respect you.” This shows that despite their turbulent past, the two are willing to work together.

Rhodes asked if the two could have one night with their past set aside. Rollins agreed to this and even wished Rhodes all the best for his upcoming match later that night. Rhodes and Jey Uso were set to take on Finn Balor and Damian Priest for the tag team gold.

According to the American Nightmare, the only way to dismantle Judgment Day is to take their titles away. However, Zayn will not stop until the entire JD is done for on RAW. For months, they’ve been ruling the brand and terrorizing anyone who stands in their way. Will WarGames see an end to the Judgment Day?

Zayn’s solo stand against the Judgment Day

Despite Rhodes, Rollins, and Jey Uso teaming up with Zayn to face JD at Survivor Series in a WarGames match, Zayn is the only one facing the group with a single agenda. Zayn made it clear he wants JD to stop what they’re doing. This will only be achieved if the team is gone.

While Rhodes and Jey Uso are in it for the Tag Team titles and Rollins is there cause the team needs him, Zayn wants payback for what JD did to him and Kevin Owens.
