Even after four decades since his debut, Hulk Hogan still has a massive fan following which encompasses people of many age groups. The 70-year-old star is always energetic and likes to give his 100% when he interacts with his fans. While the monetary aspect is important during fan interaction at conventions, The Hulkster said that it is more than that. In an interview, Hogan said what he likes the most whenever he gets to interact with his fans.

It’s not so hard to be Hulk Hogan

In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Hogan shared what he likes the most about fan interactions. He said that he could not move past people without stopping and having a word with them. According to him, it is one of the aspects of stardom which he loves. He then talked about the various autograph sessions he has at his store. But his way of interacting with fans is not quite welcomed by his associates.

Hogan goes on to say, “I shake somebody’s hand. Where are you from, brother? Yeah, how long have you been a fan? I like to look at them”, which was apparently a common thing at his signings. Albeit his colleagues had suggested that he should interact less with fans to be able to make more money. To this, the star said, “I said I don’t care about that” implying that he doesn’t do the signings for money. He said, “These people spent 30 or 40 years being my fan and I want to know why.” He concluded by saying that it is not hard being the star he is. All he tries to do is make the moment special for fans and they will cherish it forever.

The star, who has a net worth of $30 million recently lavishly tied the knot. Even though he is known to make moments special for everyone, he once did the same for a fellow pro wrestler.

Hulk Hogan makes everybody’s day special

Three-time WWE Hardcore Champion Maven Huffman once reflected upon an interaction he had with Hulk Hogan. Huffman, who made his debut in 2001, always looked up to Hogan. Once, at an autograph signing, he saw Hulk Hogan entering the venue for the same thing. The 46-year-old star couldn’t contain his excitement but had to maintain his composure. He then went to meet the star and, to Huffman’s surprise, Hogan already knew him.

Huffman said that Hogan immediately recognized him and shook his hand with his signature catchphrase “Brother”. Later, to his surprise, Hogan asked for his autograph as, according to him, his son is a fan of Huffman. Even a former rival of Hogan, Muhammad Hassan, had admitted that it will always be an honor working alongside the star. Hulk Hogan had amassed a lot of love and support from his fans.
