WWE Hall of Famer Triple H has had some memorable rivalries in his time. Especially when it comes to his work in D-Generation X. DX back in the Attitude Era had a take no prisoners attitude. Moreover, they were unfiltered, unapologetic, and simply brilliant. One WWE legend that was at odds with them was WWE Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter.
Slaughter wrestled back in the golden days of wrestling, which were the 1980s. He became extremely popular during his in-ring stint in WWE and peaked in his career in 1991. Slaughter became involved in a heated feud with The Immortal Hulk Hogan, a feud that ended up in a WWF Championship match. Furthermore, this match headlined WrestleMania 7.

However, Slaughter kept appearing in WWE in different capacities throughout the years. At one point, in 1997, he started playing the role of the “Commissioner” on Raw is War. Unfortunately for Slaughter, this was also the time when DX was peaking and they took shots at Slaughter whenever they could. Slaughter recently replied to a tweet, clearly reminiscing about his time with Triple H’s group.
