Back in 2018, Hulk Hogan was present at the ACE Comic-Con event, with Jimmy Hart. Here, at the event, Hogan was attending a Q&A session, when one fan asked his desire to face an opponent from the new roster. However, Hogan stated that there is no one new that he would like to face, though he respects them.
However, soon Hogan later revealed the opponents as John Cena and The Rock. Hogan would state the atmosphere was different during their match. However, despite several boos, The Rock still kept going.
