Hulk Hogan Reveals How Third Wife Sky Daily Skirts Around “Good or Bad” Stories About the Hulkster Despite Knowing Nothing About His Gimmick

Hulk Hogan is perhaps the most popular wrestler to ever enter the realm of professional wrestling. The Hulkster has fans all over the world and is known to every WWE fan despite retiring long ago. Despite his popularity, however, his wife Sky Daily doesn’t know anything about his wrestling career.

In spite of this fact, Hulk Hogan still managed to charm her and the two recently exchanged wedding vows. Speaking in an interview, The Hulkster recently unveiled how his wife deals with the stories that pop up about him. Especially when there are all sorts of things revolving around Hogan.

Hulk Hogan discloses how Sky Daily deals with news pertaining to him despite not being a wrestling fan

Sky Daily and Hulk Hogan have had one of the most romantic progressions when it comes to love stories. While Daily knew nothing about Hulk Hogan, the man behind him, Terry Bollea, was enough to charm her. After all, Terry Bollea forged the moniker of Hulk Hogan as a part of his persona. The Hulkster recently revealed how his wife dealt with these stories in Chris Van Vliet’s podcast.

Hogan said, “When I met Sky, my new wife as of tomorrow, she really wasn’t a….. a wrestling fan. Because her parents were really strict and, I guess they knew who I was. But they didn’t know the whole gimmick you know and, so she didn’t understand the dynamics of hanging around me. And I didn’t want to run her off because I was very attracted to her.” This proved to be a problem since stories about Hogan can have a library of their own.

The Hulkster continued, “But some of the hogan stories are like, ‘Oh my gosh my dad says hello. He played basketball with you for 15 years in Venice Beach.’ Well, tell your dad I said hello. But I’ve never played basketball. I didn’t want to say ‘Hey kid your dad’s a liar’.”

He also stated, “I mean you know you just can’t go there. yeah, but I think she’s to the point now where she understands that the people have been endeared by this character so much yeah. Everybody’s got a whole Hogan story whether it’s good or bad, true or false they tell that story.”

This shows the open-mindedness of Sky Daily and how she maturely handles everything. It was this very quality of Daily that attracted Bollea to Daily.

The coming together of Hulk Hogan and Sky Daily

Portraying a character live every day for as long as WWE superstars do, they are bound to carry some traits permanently. As for Hulk Hogan, he chose to pick up the way his character styles himself. In fact, 

The Hulkster also showed up for dates in his signature Hulk Hogan drip. While Sky Daily didn’t understand the meaning behind Bollea consistently wearing similar clothes, she accepted everything with an open mind. 

This open-mindedness showcased by Daily became one of the foundations of their relationship that later resulted in a beautiful marriage. Bollea also showed an open mind when he didn’t choose to take Daily’s lack of knowledge about wrestling as a disadvantage.
