Hulk Hogan Once Revealed His First Thought After Son Nick Hogan’s Horrifying Car Crash 15 Years Ago: “I Started Screaming”

Hulk Hogan is one of the most popular and well-known faces in the wrestling world. After years of struggle and hardship, Hogan found success and went on to become one of the biggest stars in the industry. Hulk Hogan alongside Vince McMahon is often credited for turning WWE into an International giant.

Prior to Hogan’s success, WWE was still a regional company. However, his excellent wrestling skills and impressive mic abilities aided Hogan in gaining charisma and becoming the top star.

After a successful tenure in WWE, Hogan would jump ship to WCW, where he would be financially more successful. However, after WCW was dissolved, Hogan would again find his way back into WWE.

Hulk Hogan married Linda Hogan in 1983, and the marriage lasted until 2009. Hogan with his first wife bore two children, Brooke and Nick. Along with Hulk Hogan, the entire family was extremely popular, and even appeared on the reality tv show, ‘Hogan Knows Best.’

Hogan’s success and career saw him getting rewarded with massive amounts of money and fame. Both together spoilt Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan. In 2007, Nick Hogan was involved in a massive and devastating car accident. Upon investigation, it was found that he was driving as well.

In his documentary, Hogan revealed the feelings he was going through when he arrived at the crash scene, and what he saw there. Hogan said, “I drove upon the accident and I wasn’t sure who was in the car. The whole car was crumped in on Nick’s side. Because when I looked I didn’t see him but his head was down by the gas.”

He further revealed that he was relieved to see his son fine, and not suffer through anything serious.

Hogan concluded with, “I started screaming for Nick, I saw a thumb come up from underneath. And thank God he had seatbelt on, otherwise Nick might not be with us today.” Unfortunately, the accident saw his son being charged with criminal felonies. Nick Hogan even had to serve jail term.

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Hogan suffered a tough time in 2007

Not every year is the same, and Nick Hogan understood it in 2007. Almost 15 years ago, Hulk Hogan’s son underwent a traumatic experience when he finally paid the price for his spoilt nature.

He was always rich, and had loads of expensive cars, alongwith a Formula D license. However, in 2006, after a charge of car arson, and a year later with various speeding tickets, and the massive accident, Nick Hogan was sentenced to prison.

Investigations found him and his friends drinking under influence two of his father’s expensive cars. After the investigation closed, he was charged and sent to prison.
