There have been legendary rivalries in the pro-wrestling industry. However, the opponents involved have buried the hatchet once they retired from the industry, much like The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Ultimate Warrior, and Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts. However, The Iron Sheik can’t seem to forget the loss he suffered from Hulk Hogan 38 years ago.

The two wrestling legends faced each other at Madison Square Garden in 1984 for the WWE Championship. Eventually, Hogan won the historical match when he became the first person to break Sheik’s ‘camel clutch.

However, The Iron Sheik took to Twitter and gave a sitcom reference where he mentioned that he is ready to travel back in time to beat Hogan at the Madison Square Garden to rewrite the history.

The Iron Sheik is not over Hulk Hogan

Recently, NBC ordered a sequel to an 80s sci-fi series called ‘Quantum Leap’ in which a group of scientists build a machine to travel back in time. However, one scientist gets stuck in the past so he leaps through different people’s bodies, solving their problems and figuring out a way to get back home.

Eventually, it looks like Sheik is a huge fan of Quantum Leap as he took to Twitter and mentioned that he would like to get a time machine and travel back in time to beat Hulk Hogan.

“QUANTUM LEAP COME BACK SO YOU CAN BE ME AND GO TO THE GARDEN SO I CAN BEAT THE FU*K OIT OF THAT JABR*NI HULK HOGAN” he wrote.

This is not the first when Sheik took to his social media to display his true feelings for the two-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan.

Recently, Sheik took to Twitter and mocked the current health situation of Hogan. As the WWE Universe knows that the Hulkster is having a rough time health-wise.

There has been no official statement from Hogan or his family regarding his health. However, the wrestling legends close to him have reported that he is making a steady recovery and will make a big comeback, and will win hearts again.
