SummerSlam 2023 saw The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar take on Cody Rhodes in an epic battle. The bout saw Lesnar push Rhodes to his limit and try his best to break him. However, as the end neared, Rhodes stood out victorious and reigned over Lesnar. Brock Lesnar would instead raise Rhodes’ hand, and go back to the gorilla position with the crowd cheering behind him. This sudden face turn of Lesnar also raised speculations of him possibly nearing the dusk of his career and potential retirement.
As SummerSlam got over, reports of Lesnar also suffering an injury emerged.
Is Brock Lesnar’s injury at SummerSlam a reason behind his retirement plans?

Brock Lesnar went backstage with the crowd cheering behind him. This sparked speculations of a retirement possibility, alongside an injury report. Although not much is known about Lesnar’s undisclosed injury, reports claimed he received it during the early stages of his match against Rhodes.
Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes III was a violent encounter and saw the two of them bring out the best in them. Lesnar would also suffer a major wardrobe malfunction as his shorts were completely ripped from the bottom.
WrestlePurists’ social media handle broke the news regarding Lesnar’s injury. The severity of the injury is yet to be confirmed.

Hardly any details are available on the injury as well. With Big E out and possibly retiring with his injury, Randy Orton suffering a similar fate, WWE and their fans do not want Brock Lesnar to undergo something similar.

Lesnar is also being advertised for WWE Fastlane. Fans hold the belief that the injury scare is not serious, and Lesnar would be back from his hiatus sooner than enough. Earlier this year, Lesnar talked about giving back to WWE and possibly winding down his career, fans will hope that is still some time away, despite the reports of the recent injury.
Rumors also have Lesnar possibly facing Gunther at WrestleMania 40. However, right now, fans found The Beast Incarnate living his life at a concert recently.

Ever since The Beast Incarnate shed his violent and ruthless image, Lesnar has been on a roll. He underwent a revamp and embraced a cowboy gimmick with a ponytail and a beard. He would often be found making witty remarks, and engage in hilarious antics on WWE TV.
Similarly, recently after his SummerSlam bout, fans found Lesnar getting onstage and singing during a Zach Bryan concert in Minneapolis.

The moment was something fans never expected out of Lesnar, and it indeed made for a memorable sight. With Lesnar currently out on a hiatus, and possibly injured, fans are unsure about his return, and when they can witness The Beast Incarnate inside the ring again.
