This week’s Monday Night Raw was quite bizarre. For the first time in the history of WWE, the fans saw a wrestler fighting another wrestler who was invisible. Strange, right? On the September 4 edition of Raw, The Miz went head to head with an invisible John Cena and even flattened him with a Skull Crushing Finale.
It has been days now, but the segment is still a hot topic of discussion right now. Many people have praised Miz for his incredible performance on Raw.

Like everyone in the WWE Universe, former football punter Pat McAfee also discussed Miz’s Raw promo. He had a whole segment dedicated to talking about it in the latest episode of his podcast. During the podcast, he even FaceTimed Miz and expressed his utter surprise at Miz pulling off the segment so well on TV.
McAfee said, “As a guy who has lost 245 matches, you beat the sh*t out of Cena last night. I’ve never seen anything like that. Way to go, Miz. Way to go.” Miz replied, “I don’t care if it’s real Cena, invisible Cena, I’ll take him down each and every time. No doubt in my mind. Every day all day. It’s just the person I am.”
He later added, “How dare he push me in that ring? You don’t come to my ring in WWE on Monday Night Raw and come on to my show Miz TV and push me.” McAfee was full of praise for Miz after witnessing him deliver a solid promo on Raw.
In addition, he claimed WWE should give proper recognition to The Miz for his amazing performance on Raw this week.
Pat McAfee believes The Miz should win an award
Fighting someone, let alone an invisible man, on live TV is not a piece of cake. What Miz did on Raw this week takes tons of talent and skill. From invisible Cena entering the ring, Miz questioning him, and then getting into a physical altercation, everything was on point.
