The release date of Black Adam is almost ten days away and fans cannot wait more for the DCEU film to release. However, while promoting his film in various interviews, Dwayne Johnson might have shared another most exciting hint regarding his WWE return.

In his most recent interviews, The Rock opened up about his views on Roman Reigns being The Tribal Chief.’ Also, while talking about it, DJ gave hints about their match at WrestleMania 39.

Recently, Dwayne Johnson sat for an interview with ‘Enews The Rundown’. The host asked him, “Who is head of the table?” The Rock replied, “Without saying any names. You’re looking into his eyes right now.”

The host asked DJ if he was trying to give a possible hint about facing Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Johnson said, “I love the idea of a WrestleMania. I’m close to a lot of people there but very close to one in particular, who we’ve talked about this.”

He added, “So I like it. There’s so many other variables that have to come into play. But I’m a fan because I’m a promoter at heart, too. I’m a fan of promoting an event and what could that be. So I love WrestleMania and I love that world.”

A match between them is in talks since The Head of the Table returned to WWE in 2020 as a heel. However, DJ has not returned to WWE since 2019. There were rumors about The Great One coming out at WrestleMania 38 after the match between Reigns and Brock Lesnar, but that too never happened.

WWE fans react to the comments of Dwayne Johnson about a potential match with Reigns

‘Wrestle Ops’ shared a part of the interview on twitter. The fans quickly responded to it and shared their opinion on a potential match between The Rock vs Roman Reigns.

These fans explained why this feud would be bigger than any other rivalry in the modern era.

A few fans were very excited.

A particular fan was sure The Rock would return.

However, few fans claimed that Johnson was just making statements and that he won’t return.

Moreover, the rumors of The Rock returning to WWE can be true as after Black Adam DJ has proclaimed a few movie projects yet. The only one movie project which is announced is for next year is ‘Red One’; a sequel to 2021 Red Notice, but will be a completely different story.

Also, other projects like ‘San Andreas 2’, ‘Doctor Savage’, ‘Big Trouble in Little China’, and ‘The King’ are the movie projects DJ will be a part of. However, these movies are in TBA status. Hence, fans can clearly see that The Rock might be making time to train for a WrestleMania match.
