$800 Million Worth Dwayne Johnson Spent $9.5 Million on a Luxurious Property Only for Others to Reap Benefits

From getting evicted to having brought an enormous mansion, Dwayne Johnson has fulfilled his wish of buying himself and his mom a house. The Rock today lives a lavish life at Beverly Hills in his mansion.

Recently, TheRichest shared a video on their YouTube channel in which they gave a breakdown of Dwayne Johnson’s $800 million net worth. They talked about the three houses bought by The Rock, one of which is the $9.5 million 45-acre, Equestrian Estate in Florida.

As shared in the video, the 14,000 sq, ft, mega mansions have eight bedrooms for Johnson’s family of five. Moreover, the main house which was built in 2002 has stone fireplaces and a wine cellar. Also, it has a saltwater pool and a cabana in the backyard.

The exterior of the house comprises partial brick and stone cladding with casement windows. Furthermore, it has rustic interiors with exposed wood and stone. There is also a cozy wood paneled library with stained glass. They built the house keeping in mind the French countryside style.

Adding to all the above features, the estate has a fully equipped horse farm with a 12-stall barn and riding arena. However, as DJ mostly stays at his Los Angeles mansion, this estate serves as a cottage for the caretakers.

Apart from this, the WWE legend’s Los Angeles mansion is $27.8 million in value. Before DJ purchased the house, many celebrities stayed there. Also, recently Johnson gifted his mother a house in Encino, California which values at $3.5 million.

Dwayne Johnson spends almost $3 million on his private jet’s fuel

The Rock arguably has earned an immense fortune in the past few years. Moreover, he doesn’t have the habit of splurging his money, but he uses it with care on investments. Similarly, one of his investments was when he brought a private jet, i.e. G650 for $65 million.

Surprisingly, Johnson splurged a huge sum of his money for the fuel for his pirate jet. The G650 is one of the fastest private jets in the world, but being the fastest jet isn’t cheap. The jet guzzles gas for about 409 gallons per hour.

Therefore, to keep his air traveling in style, The Rock has to spend about $3.3 million on average for fuel. The cost might fluctuate as per the usage of the jet, but this is the amount DJ spends to keep his jet running.

These are not any inexpensive cost and to keep such a palace of air running, The Rock has to give blockbusters after blockbusters.
