‘Will Smith Did It, and I Figured It Was My Time’: Dwayne Johnson Once Recalled Following Legendary Hollywood Star’s Footsteps During $230.7 Million-Earning Film’s Premiere

Dwayne Johnson has done various types of roles in his acting career now. Fans have seen ‘The Rock’ in action, drama, and comedy, and next in line is a superhero role. However, there are very few movies in which Johnson has done romantic scenes as his specialty is action films.

Surprisingly, in one of the action movies, Johnson kissed his male co-star. Moreover, he later gave a review of how it was kissing his co-star actor in the movie.

In the 2008 movie, ‘Get Smart’, Dwayne Johnson played a handsome and charming secret agent named ‘Agent 23’. He shared the screen with great actor Steve Carell, with whom he had a kissing scene in the movie.

The WWE legend said, “One of the skills I had to learn and become proficient in is kissing a man. I had never kissed a man. Will Smith did it in his movies, so did Jake Gyllenhaal, and I figured it was my time. So it was me and [Steve] Carell — fantastic.”

Johnson referred to Will Smith’s role in ‘Six Degrees of Separation’ and Jake Gyllenhaal’s role in ‘Brokeback Mountain’.

Carell, whose name is Maxwell Smart in the movie, fails to escape Agent 23, aka The Rock, during a fight scene toward the end. Therefore, Smart uses lip-locking as his ultimate weapon of defense.

The People’s Champion is ready to do any roles he gets to make the scene perfect. Johnson praised Steve Carell, ‘The Office’ actor who also loved to work with ‘The Rock’. They made the movie with a budget of $80 million and had a box-office collection of $230.7 million.

In the movie ‘Be Cool’, ‘DJ’ played a gay man, for which many people told him it would ruin his Hollywood career. However, he took this role as a challenge and people loved his work. ‘The Rock’, as usual, showed the world he can prove his naysayers wrong.

Dwayne Johnson reminds Black Adam release is around the corner

The recent biggest project and superhero debut of Dwayne Johnson, ‘Black Adam’, will release next month. The actor shared a tweet reminding people that the DCEU is about to change in one month.

He wrote, “THE TIME OF HEROES IS OVER In one month The new era of the DC Universe begins #ManInBlack #JSA #ThroneEnergy  #BlackAdam Only in theaters OCT 21st”.
