In an interview with ET, Blunt talked about the nicknames she has given to Johnson for a long. The British Actress explained, “It has been around now for 3 years. I used to enjoy calling him very, sort of sweet, cute things. Like he texts me, ‘Alright, I’m leaving now, I’ll see you on set’ and I’m like, ‘Ok cupcake.”

While growing up, DJ was called ‘Dewey’ in his family, so it wouldn’t be so weird for him to have such sweet nicknames.

Moreover, Johnson and the ‘Mary Poppins’ star have established an instant bond. The actress claimed that she genuinely feels happy working with The Rock and likes giving him cute little nicknames.
