“A Living Pain”: Dwayne Johnson Once Got a Harsh Reality Check from a Top Actress for His $177.8 Million Earning Hollywood Movie

After making a seamless transition from the WWE to Hollywood, Dwayne Johnson produced a number of blockbuster films. The Rock has established a reputation as a Hollywood megastar who can be relied upon to turn a movie into a box office success. However, a prominent Hollywood actress once made fun of The Rock for a movie that made $177 million.

The actress is none other than Emily Blunt, who appeared in the action-adventure film ‘Jungle Cruise’ alongside The Rock. Although The Great One frequently garnered praise for his films, the British actress publicly made fun of The Rock for his role in ‘Baywatch’.

There is no denying the close bond between the Jungle Cruise actors. Due to this, both never pass up an opportunity to fire back at one another. The Rock and Blunt shared a seat on The View where Blunt answered some questions while taking jabs at Johnson and making a significant disclosure about herself.

While they were responding to some of the questions during the chat, who is more likely to cry while watching a Rom-Com was a question posed to both stars. Both immediately replied with Blunt’s name. She moreover said, “As soon as someone cries, I cry, as soon as I talking to someone I see them cry, I cry instantly.” DJ said, “She cried at every movie I’m in.” Blunt replied, “Especially Baywatch a living pain, I cried when will it end? How long I have to endure it.”

If you didn’t know, Baywatch received a mixed reaction from fans; although many people enjoyed the film, others weren’t so pleased. Although it grossed $177.8 million against a $69 million budget, it was still a fairly small profit compared to The Rock’s other films.

In one instance, the Brahma Bull made fun of Blunt, saying he practiced the kissing scenes with his dog to prepare for his kiss with Emily Blunt. During filming, these top actors grew close, and that became apparent from the interviews. Just like Kevin Hart and The Rock, fans also undoubtedly enjoy seeing more of this captivating duo in the future.
