Hollywood megastar Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, is set to release a new movie, and naturally, fans can’t keep calm. As always, DJ is zealous about entertaining the audience with his upcoming movie titled ‘Black Adam’. Notably, as promotions for the film go on in full swing, fans were treated to a hilarious clip of The Rock suggesting a role for his long-time mate, comedian Kevin Hart, in his next release.
The Jumanji co-stars have also entertained fans with their bromance, both on and off the screen. Their interviews garner plenty of attention as the audience loves the pair and their friendly banter.

Keeping up with tradition, in a recent interview, The Great One is seen making fun of Hart while talking about their movie Jumanji: The Next Level, and suggested a role for him in Black Adam.
The Jumanji cast members, including Karen Gillan, Jack Black, and Dwayne Johnson, all have starred in superhero movies; hence, the question arose: who Hart would be in the superhero genre? Right away, Johnson told Hart the name of the role he would be playing.
He said, “He’d be Honky Pete. I’d be Black Adam, looking at Honky Pete (Laughs Hysterically). You would see that movie, Black Adam, The Adventures of Black Adam, and Honky Pete. It would be the most fu*ked-up movie.”

When asked what would Honky Pete’s strengths be, Hart stated, “He just has pockets — Because no other superhero has pockets. No other superheroes ever put anything in their pocket ever. Honky Pete would be the first superhero to be like, ‘Give me that!”
Although purely for banter’s sake, as always, fans would’ve loved to see Hart make an appearance in The Rock’s film, thanks to their thoroughly entertaining chemistry.
Dwayne Johnson is zealous for Black Adam
After a long wait, the first official trailer of the movie was released a few months ago. The People’s Champion has a lot to offer the populace and his work is being looked forward to now. The film is special for Johnson for many reasons, including the fact that it is his first comic verse film.

The movie is scheduled to open in theaters on October 21st later this year. Johnson has stated on several occasions that he believes this role of his is one-of-a-lifetime and that the movie is very different from his previous work.
