Dwayne Johnson’s Close Associate Teased a “Pretty Awesome” Plan Involving Black Adam and Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman in 2021

Dwayne Johnson has worked his way to the top, after years of hard work and determination. Johnson started his career as a football player, which he transitioned into Hollywood and is currently one of the highest-paid actors in the world. Apart from acting, Johnson is now a ‘super- antihero’, as DCEU’s Black Adam.

Moreover, Johnson was a huge fan of comic books. And it was back then that he got attached to Black Adam. And now, he was the one to portray Black Adam on screen.

Speaking to Variety in 2021, the producer of Black Adam, Hiram Garcia, opened up about a potential crossover between Black Adam and Wonder Woman. He revealed how they were working on a potential crossover between Black Adam and Wonder Woman.

He said, “But I mean to see Wonder Woman and Black Adam share the screen is gonna be pretty awesome.I honestly feel like Wonder Woman is one of the few superheroes that can go toe-to-toe with Black Adam. ”

Wonder Woman is one of the most prominent characters of DCEU, and the movies were colossal hits too. Although he did not confirm anything, he laid the stepping stones for a future crossover between Black Adam and the successful DC superhero. Garcia also teased bringing Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds into the DCEU, by pitching a crossover between Marvel and DC.

When will Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam 2 be released in the theaters?

Dwayne Johnson‘s Black Adam just hit the theaters a month ago and took it by storm. Although was lacking good ratings and reviews, the fans were not bothered by it. Fans stormed into the theaters to watch Dwayne Johnson play Black Adam, and another major superstar reprising their role.

But, Black Adam received extremely poor scores and ratings from the critics, who judged the film for its usage of violence, repetitive action sequences, and bland dialogues. As Black Adam came out at the end of this year, and there are multiple projects ready for the next year, Black Adam 2 won’t be coming out soon.

The studio has also not released any confirmed statement about this, and neither the cast nor the plot has been devised. With its current place, it might release in the year 2024-2025. Black Adam also marked the official entry of Dwayne Johnson into the DCEU, and it is now to be seen where the future takes Johnson and the Teth Adam.
