Dwayne Johnson Once Said If Kevin Hart Joins Iconic Film Franchise It Would Turn Into “The Most F****d Up Movie”

With the help of in-ring promos, mic skills, and over-the-top characters, many Pro Wrestling performers went on to become the biggest actors in Hollywood. Dwayne Johnson, a former WWE superstar who is now a Hollywood blockbuster machine, is the best by far. Notably, DJ enjoyed working the most with Kevin Hart and the Hollywood BFFs have worked more than five times owing to their legendary synergy.

The Hollywood megastar, however, asserted in public that if his Hollywood friend had worked on the film, which is arguably the most anticipated of DJ’s career, things would have gone horribly wrong.

During the Jumanji’s promotional interview, the subject of who Hart would play in the superhero genre emerged since the Jumanji cast, which also included Karen Gillan, Jack Black, and Johnson, all appeared in or would appear in superhero films. Johnson immediately told to Hart the name of the character he would play and joked that if he would appear in his film, ‘Black Adam’, it would be the most disastrous thing ever.

In his words, “He’d be Honky Pete. I’d be Black Adam, looking at Honky Pete (Laughs Hysterically). You would see that movie, Black Adam, The Adventures of Black Adam, and Honky Pete. It would be the most fu*ked-up movie.”

Both co-stars were laughing hysterically at Johnson’s assertion. Hart continued the joke by saying that Honky Pete’s one strength is that he has pockets ready to store everything. Keeping The Rock joke aside, Hart’s inclusion in Black Adam would have made the movie much more exciting because of their notorious chemistry. And fans would have finally gotten to witness Hart in a superhero movie which would have piqued their interest even more.

When it comes to franchise films, the actor seems to have a knack for it, and he’ll be aiming to keep it up when he makes his DC debut in the upcoming film ‘Black Adam’. The film stars DJ as an anti-hero and is ready to hit the screens on the 21st of October.
