“Don’t Lie to Me”: DC Fans Refuse to Believe Dwayne Johnson Fulfilled His Henry Cavill as Superman Promise

But right now, The Rock and Henry Cavill are making headlines for a major update since there is a story going around Hollywood that Superman will appear in The Rock’s forthcoming movie, Black Adam.

Geekosity just revealed that Superman is returning in Black Adam as Cavill recently finished filming a new scene for the movie. Fans know that DJ and the popular Superman actor get along well. Also, DJ previously indicated that Superman will appear in his future movie, and the latest claims only serve to reinforce that.

Superman just appears in the post-credits sequence, thus he won’t have a big role in the movie. Notably, instead of his Black Suit, Cavill will wear his Blue Suit. Additionally, given Cavill’s contract was ended, if it is genuine, it will put an end to the speculations about who will be the new Superman.

When asked about the collaboration, Johnson told a story that taught him the value of listening to the audience, since they often advise performers to go on the proper path. This implied that Superman will undoubtedly appear in the movie.
