Hiding From Cameras, The Undertaker Is Seemingly Playing the Role of a ‘Special Advisor’ for Brock Lesnar’s Former Rival

All the generations of WWE wrestlers bring in a unique style to the table. How they sell their characters inside the ring is also unique to each generation. Most of the time, some of these things get passed on to the next generation as part of an unofficial ‘mentorship’. Recently. a giant from the current WWE roster claims that The Undertaker mentors him often.

Although ‘The Phenom’ left the promotion a long time ago, it appears that his wrestling spirit is still lingering there. Omos recently claimed that The Undertaker advises and mentors him on his doubts pertaining to wrestling. The way that it happens might sound surprising to you.

Does The Undertaker really work as an advisor in WWE?

Despite retiring from WWE in November 2020, the company wasn’t done with Mark Calaway. Reports suggested that the former wrestler was still signed with WWE and might remain this way until he turns 70. However, nothing suggests that ‘The Phenom’ is advising wrestlers in WWE. What does Omos mean when he says The Undertaker is his mentor?

While talking to the ‘Daily Mail’, Omos revealed that The Undertaker has become a voice inside his head that keeps on guiding him. “I think, what would Undertaker do, what would he say? I get told what to do on TV and I’m processing it with what The Undertaker told me. Would he do this? He said to do it this way. He has become my special advisory,” confessed the 29-year-old WWE giant.

Omos honoring ‘The Phenom’ by letting his character guide him is indeed interesting. However, this is not the first time that these two wrestlers have exchanged compliments.

The Undertaker thinks highly of Omos

In 2021, The Undertaker appeared for an official interview with the WWE staff. The WWE then picked highlights from the interview to post on their social media. One of those key moments was when Calaway honored Omos with an incredible compliment. While talking about the WWE Hall of Famer Andre ‘The Giant’, he admitted that there will be nobody quite like him. However, he also mentioned that Omos is the closest in the current WWE roster in resemblance to Andre in every aspect.

Omos was extremely grateful for the compliment when he replied to it online. After all, ‘The Phenom’ overlooked several other WWE giants, who are also legends, to namedrop a much younger wrestler in the company. And now, after a couple of years, he has returned the compliment in his own way.
