WWE Superstar Matt Riddle has once again made major statements. In an interview, he revealed his opinions on his possible match against WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg.

Matt Riddle has already managed to spark a lot of attention in the main roster. A few weeks ago he even made the statement that he wanted to retire Brock Lesnar.

“The Beast Incarnate” did not appreciate this. Even Vince McMahon informed Riddle that he was being disrespectful to the veterans of the business. However, it seems like this criticism caught Riddle off-guard.

Making his name prominent, Riddle was rumored to have a dream showdown against the one and only Goldberg. He talked about this match in a recent interview.

“Oh yeah, Goldberg, me and Goldberg-very different opinion. You know me I’m a high-level wrestler like you know jujitsu state and everything and when I bring it into pro-wrestling I wanted to match it, you know we differ in that,” said Riddle.

Riddle says that Goldberg and he are very different people and that they would not gel in the ring. Riddle uses mixed martial arts in his fights which he feels that Goldberg won’t be able to adapt to. They are both different kinds of wrestlers.

Matt Riddle feels that Brock Lesnar would be a more suitable competitor for him

“I like Brock, Brock’s really good like that’s why I would love that match. But Goldberg was just more like I’m not a fan of his work and I just feel like he’s been pushed a lot and he’s been able to accomplish so much when I feel like there’s a lot of other people that are more deserving but that’s it, but that’s also pro wrestling,” explains Riddle.

Matt Riddle feels that Brock, knowing mixed martial arts, would gel with him in the ring and would be much better to work with. He feels that Goldberg has been pushed to exhaustion by WWE and that they could have pushed a lot of other superstars who he thinks deserved the push.

“Some people just have to look or have it and Goldberg had it, I can’t argue that the guy’s worth millions of dollars. He’s a superstar. He’s just not my cup of tea,” claims Riddle.

Steering clear of meaning an insult, Riddle explains how Goldberg is at the end of the day, one of the best in the company and is worth a lot of money.

However, he and Riddle would not make the best pair in the ring. After all, they are different types of wrestlers.
