Lesnar is the perfect example of a man who will not take trash from anybody, and Superstars know better than to call out “The Beast Incarnate”.

After all these years, and a ton of records under his belt, few remember Lesnar’s huge match against The Rock at SummerSlam 2002. This match holds a special significance in Lesnar’s career because it resulted in him winning his first-ever World Championship in WWE.

After winning King of the Ring that year, Lesnar had the opportunity of challenging for any title of his choice. Setting his eyes towards “The Brahma Bull”, Lesnar wanted the gold and would attempt to seize it at SummerSlam.

The match was the main event of SummerSlam 2002 and was one of epic proportions. The Rock and Lesnar took each other to the limit.

In what would become one of the most satisfying moments in WWE history, The Rock even delivered a Rock Bottom to Paul Heyman, who attempted to interfere in favor of his client, through the commentary table.

Brock Lesnar took on the best in the business at just 25 years of age

Lesnar took the fight to The Rock and proved that he was a worthy opponent. Towards the end, The Rock caught Lesnar with a Spine Buster and gestured for his iconic People’s Elbow.

As The Rock jumped over Lesnar, he sprang up and delivered a huge clothesline to The Rock. Lesnar then attempted to finish it off with an F5. However, The Rock countered.

This counter chain went on for a few times before Lesnar finally caught “The Great One” in position for an F5, and hit it before he could do anything.

Lesnar then pinned The Rock for the win. This win made history as Lesnar had just become the youngest World Champion in history at the ripe age of 25.

This is a record he would hold until Randy Orton won the World Heavyweight Championship at 24 years of age. Lesnar however, still remains the youngest ever WWE Champion in the history of the Championship.

Lesnar went on to win many more Championships. He also holds the dignified achievement of ending The Undertaker’s streak at WrestleMania.

After losing his WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania, Lesnar has not been seen in WWE. There’s no doubt that he will return with a vengeance. He is “The Beast Incarnate” after all.
