Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and his wife Lauren Hashian are one of the most adorable couples in Hollywood. The two have been going strong for about 15 years now. With the recent release of a music video directed by Lauren Hashian, and the heartwarming Instagram post her husband uploaded showing his love and support for the new venture, fans are in awe of the power couple.

The meet-up

The two first crossed paths on the sets of the comedy movie, The Game Plan, in 2006. Apparently, the two were not looking forward to getting into a relationship at that time and especially Johnson since he had just gotten separated from his wife and now business partner, Dany Garcia.

Speaking about it in an interview, Johnson revealed, “At the time, I was going through my breakup with Dany, and (Hashian) was just coming off a big breakup, too,” he said. “Ironically, when you’re not looking for something, the power of the universe kind of takes over.”

The two, however, started dating in 2007, and the 51-year-old couldn’t have been more glad, as he said, “I was so fortunate to have fallen in love once; to fall in love again? That’s a hard thing to do twice in the position I’m in. I’m one lucky son of a b**ch.”

The Big Reveal

In March 2013, Johnson and Hashian walked the first red carpet together, almost six years after they first started dating. The two attended the premiere of G.I. Joe: Retaliation.

In December 2015, Johnson and Hashian were blessed with a baby girl, whom they named Jasmine. The newborn was Dwayne’s first child with Hashian. Taking to his Instagram, the Hollywood star wrote, “Christmas came early! Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy’s chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning … Thank you guys so much for the awesome congratulatory wishes and love you’ve been sending @laurenhashianofficial and myself. We’re extremely grateful.”

The more, the merrier

On April 17, 2018, the duo was blessed with another baby girl, Tiana Gia. Taking to his Instagram once again to share this amazing news with his fans with a hospital snap with his baby girl, Johnson wrote, “Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world, Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar.”

Johnson rings the wedding bells

After over a decade of being together and welcoming two beautiful girls into the world, Johnson and Hashian officially tied the knot on Aug. 18, 2019, in what was an intimate ceremony in Hawaii with their daughters acting as flower girls.
