Bhatti said, “The reason that happened is because both guys got hurt during the match. It was during that spear spot. Looks like it was during something else”
He also added, “I heard that Brock had a broken rib, which broke like the wrong way a crack rib. He just wanted to carry through, because obviously is Brock and he’s done this a few times.”

The broken rib may be caused because of the spears. Not accurately the barricade spear, but one of the spears must have been connected hard, and it broke Lesnar’s rib.
Broke Lesnar didn’t use the actual Kimura Lock
Apparently, not only Brock Lesnar but Roman Reigns was also injured in the match. The Tribal Chief injured his shoulder when Lesnar applied a Kimura Lock. Later, he also tried to heal his shoulder a little.
Bhatti shared about this spot, “But also once Roman wanted out as well then they decided to go home because once Roman dislocated his arm, but what I was told was is during that spot, there’s a spot in the camera and apparently, Brock thought he can get his shoulder back but it didn’t.”
We can identify easily the shoulder injury of Roman as after the match, he could not raise his left arm fully with the title in his hands.
