Usually, WWE Superstars do not have to carry entire storylines by themselves. They have their rivals who carry the same weight on their shoulders. However, it was different for Kevin Owens during his run up to WrestleMania 38.

Like every WWE fan knows, Owens invited Stone Cold Steve Austin for The KO Show at WrestleMania 38. Now, even though Austin accepted the offer, he didn’t show up until the PPV. Therefore, for all the WWE Raws until The Show of Shows, Owens had to carry the entire storyline.

He cut promos and segments, which enticed the audience to purchase WrestleMania tickets and come for the show. The fact that he could pull it for so long deserves applause.

Well, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T showered loads of praise on KO during his conversation with Brad Gilmore.

“Kevin Owens, man, he deserves an Oscar. He really does for the work that he put in on that night. I’m serious, Kevin Owens. I’ve said it. You know, for a long time now, that Scott’s one of the best guys on the roster. I’ve said that about this guy, Kevin Owens. He is what professional wrestling is. He’s what the professional wrestler does.”

Undoubtedly, Owens has been extremely great with the way he worked the storyline all by himself till WrestleMania 38!
