The answer is, No. Since Dwayne Johnson mostly works in Hollywood and the Emmy Awards are given for TV shows, it is difficult for him to win it. However, there have been a few instances where he has worked on the small screen. One such show is Young Rock.

The show is based on the real-life story of The Rock aka Dwayne Johnson and features The People’s Champion as himself and produced by Seven Bucks Productions.

Despite a rating of 8.1 on IMDb, a 91% score on Rotten Tomatoes, 2 TV awards and multiple nominations, the show did not win any Emmy awards. It was not even nominated for any Emmy awards yet, and neither has Dwayne Johnson.

In addition to Emmys, Dwayne Johnson has not won other top-tier awards like Oscar and Golden Globe awards. However, he was once nominated for a Golden Globe for his role in The Scorpion King movie.
