“You know it’s great to be back in the WWE, especially in front of the WWE Universe live here in Houston, Texas. The atmosphere, the ambience, the energy that you can feel from a live WWE audience, nothing can touch that and that’s why Harry Smith is back in the WWE. The past ten years I’ve been going around the globe making myself the best competitor I can be all over in Japan, all over in Europe. And that’s why, I am back in the WWE to show exactly how much Harry Smith has grown over this past time.”
He showed up on SmackDown and worked one of the pre-show dark matches. He paired up with Austin Theory and went up against Odessey Jones and Xyon Quinn. Smith and Theory emerged victorious in that match.
Harry Smith went by another name in WWE before
Previously, Smith joined the developmental program in 2006. The son of WWE Hall of Famer Davey Boy Smith made it to Raw under the name David Hart Smith.
When on Raw, he worked with Tyson Kidd and Natalya. The three of them formed The Hart Dynasty and captured the World and WWE Tag Team titles. However, he was released from his contract in August, 2011.
