The Maximum Male Models made their debut in August 2022. Despite not functioning as a faction for long, they managed to leave a mark in the pro wrestling realm. Now, both Mace and Mansoor are out of WWE, but apparently, Mansoor is still in touch with a WWE superstar.
And not just any superstar; it’s WWE icon Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. While it is not new for wrestling veterans to keep in touch with superstars, this interaction smelled a little fishy. It suggests a major plan for the Rock and the former WWE superstar.

On February 4, 2024, Mansoor shared a photo of himself and his tag team partner Mason D. Madden as they won the tag team championship in the indie circuit in Poland. Now it looks like the Rock wants a shot at the title, according to a screenshot of the DM recently shared by Mansoor, which shows the Brahma Bull talking about a great idea and his plans for a trip to Poland. While this could be a gag, the former WWE star took a shot at the Rock’s ongoing controversy about stealing Cody Rhodes‘ opportunity to fight Roman Reigns, as he captioned the post, “NO NO NO NO NO NO NO” as the Rock’s message read, “Yo Manny! Got a trip to Poland coming up and had a great idea I wanted to run by you, let me know when you got a minute.”

Fans, too, had a chuckle as they went through his tweet and flooded the comment section. Wrestling fans indulged in some fun as they seconded his opinion with memes of the Rock stealing opportunities. As for Mansoor, he could head out to greener pastures. Nic Nemeth, fka Dolph Ziggler, appeared on TNA’s Hard to Kill and announced that he had agreed to work in the promotion. According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, he wouldn’t be the only former WWE wrestler who could join TNA.

As per the journalist, during TNA tapings in Orlando on Friday, former WWE Superstars Mansoor and Mace were spotted backstage. The reason for their presence did not come to light. Reports of reaching an agreement with TNA seem to premature at this stage. However, everything seems to indicate that they could be related to the Motor City Machine Guns, current DPW World Tag Team Champions, whom Mansoor and Mace want to face.
