The Game Triple H announced his retirement from in-ring competition recently. Triple H was hospitalized in September 2021 because of viral pneumonia, which caused his heart to pump at a fraction of speed and caused him cardiac problems.
As of now, The King of Kings has a defibrillator in his chest and cannot wrestle henceforth in the ring. This is the reason he will handle his other duties in WWE and hence retired from the in-ring action.
