During the main event of Clash at the Castle 2024, the match for the World Heavyweight Championship between Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre ended up with a major surprise for the fans. As CM Punk intervened to cost his arch-nemesis, McIntyre, the match. The Voice of the Voiceless pretended to be a referee after the official one was knocked out by the contenders.

The Best in the World stopped at the count of two to prevent the Scottish Warrior from clinching the title. But the latter attempted to attack him. Thus, Punk hit Drew with a low blow, allowing Priest to close out the South of Heaven.

And before you knew it, Priest retained the title while McIntyre tasted defeat in his very home country. And after the match, Punk decided to drop another shocker for his fans. The Cult of Personality revealed that he would not be a part of the next edition of RAW. However, he will be a part of the Blue Brand after the latest update on his injury.

He said, “I got permission to skip RAW in Corpus Christi and go back to Chicago and see my doctors with the idea that I’m going to be cleared. I’m not sure I’m supposed to say that. But throughout my career, saying stuff I’m not supposed to say has done me well, so why stop now. I think SmackDown is in Chicago next week.
